OUR SERVICES
Design and manage financing programs around clear objectives, target businesses and delivery arrangements. Our support covers eligibility and selection frameworks, implementation planning, institutional coordination, performance monitoring and business advisory linked to financing.
Manage and coordinate loan processes within participating banks, from application intake and document review to assessment workflows, client follow-up and portfolio reporting. We support bank teams with practical procedures and coordination across the lending process.
Assess applicants’ business models, financial performance, cash flow and investment plans. Our work includes document review, business viability assessments and structured analysis to support informed lending decisions and identify areas where enterprises need additional support.
Develop targeted campaigns that explain financing opportunities, attract eligible businesses and support participation. We combine marketing, stakeholder engagement, information events and applicant guidance to build a suitable pipeline and maintain communication throughout the program.
SELECTED EXPERIENCE
Bloom is a KRG-funded access-to-finance program designed to support SME expansion. Top Mountain screened applicants, assessed business viability, prepared financing cases and advised loan recipients. The program supported 25 businesses with approximately IQD 2.8 billion in loans.
